| It's time for our annual St Pugtrick's Day Party at Coronado’s Tidelands Park! Bring your pugs, bring your friends, bring a blanket and some chairs, and come join us for a morning of Irish celebrating! Rick and Lynnell's now-famous BBQ will be there, so bring a couple bucks so you can enjoy an early lunch. We'll have the pug pen set up, and will be painting tails green and turning our little Pugs into leprechauns! We will also have the Pug Boutique set up and plenty of foster dogs in attendance, so come meet some of our adoptable Pugs! |

Admission is FREE, but donations are always welcome! What a great way to let your Pug celebrate St. Patrick's day! Romping with other little green tailed friends! Enjoy Rick and Lynnell's BBQ - complete with hamburgers, hotdogs, & veggie dogs. Play yard for the pugs, so you can relax while they celebrate. We will have the Pug Boutique set up. We will also have a raffle and a themed bake sale compliments of Alisha and Robin. Bring your pugs and make sure everyone is wearing green! All proceeds go to our Rescue Pugs. |  |

Looking for something fun to do for Valentine's Day? A unique first date? Some fun with your favorite Pug? Or maybe you'd just like an excuse to hang out with the super fabulous Pug Rescue crowd? We've got just the activity for you! Come out and join us for our Pugs 'n Kisses Wine & Cheese Fashion Show. What is it? Pug Rescue is hosting a Valentine's fund-raising event at Fido & Co. For the price of admission ($15), the humans get two glasses of wine and there will be cheese and cracker appetizers. Because we are serving alcohol, please only humans 21 and older. We'll also have three awesome baskets of goodies to raffle off, and a Pug Kissing Booth, in addition to the Pug Fashion Show, so come prepared for an afternoon of entertainment! All Pugs are welcome, whether they are participating in the Fashion Show or not. Pugs who would like to be part of the Fashion Show should come wearing a fantastic outfit, and their owners should prepared to write a little about their Pug and why their outfit is special. We'll have note cards ready to go when you get there. It's $15 to be in the Fashion Show, a small price to pay for all the adoration they will receive on the runway. Has your Pug always dreamed of being a star? Dancing down the catwalk and executing a fancy twirl at the end? All Pugs deserve to be in the spotlight, so bring yours to our Pugs 'n Kisses Wine & Cheese Fashion Show! We'll see you there! |

And yes, we welcome other dogs who are "Friends of Pugs" - if they would like to be in the Fashion Show, they certainly may, although we can't promise the same level of adoration. | It's time for our annual Holiday Party! Bring your pugs, bring your friends, bring a blanket and some chairs, and come join us for a morning of socializing, celebrating, and some hearty games of chase! This party is in a securely fenced facility, so the Pugs can romp about to their heart's content! We will have the Pug Boutique set up for holiday shopping, you'll be able to check off all the Pug Lovers on your shopping list! We've rescued so very many Pugs this year, please join us as we look back and celebrate all the ones who have found forever homes. We will have plenty of foster dogs in attendance, so come meet some of our adoptable Pugs - maybe you'll decide to give yourself the gift of an adorable new friend, one who will love you long after the holidays are over! |

Directions to the event: Interstate 8 into El Cajon Take the 2nd Street exit off I-8, and go south on 2nd Street Continue on 2nd Street and cross over Main Street. After crossing Main Street, 2nd Street becomes Jamacha Rd. Continue south on Jamacha Rd. to Washington. Washington is the second light after crossing Main Street. Turn east (left) onto Washington Continue east on Washington about a mile, and cross over Granite Hills Drive. After crossing Granite Hills Drive, Washington becomes Dehesa Road Continue east on Dehesa Road for approximately 5 miles to the venue address at 4821 Dehesa Road - Watch for our signs on the right side of the road You will go down a large hill on Dehesa Rd., and be driving through countryside - - don't worry, you're going the right way! We'll have our signs out just before you get to the venue, so watch for them on the right, and turn into the driveway, as indicated. DO NOT park alongside the driveway, but continue to the rear of the venue and park in the area provided there. Again, we'll have signs up to guide you.
