Description: This is sweet Buddy Boy. He was found in San Bernadino with a punctured, bleeding eye. He was taken to the vet and immediately taken to surgery, as he was losing blood fast. Poor baby almost died on the table, but they were able to remove his eye and. Luckily, he is a fighter, and is with us now and almost ready to find his new home. He still has to be neutered, but we are waiting until he has the stitches removed from his eye.
Buddy gets along great with other dogs, although he does like to be the boss, so females or more submissive males would make the best companions for him. He is currently in a foster home with two girl Pugs, and he adores his sisters. Buddy is working on potty training skills, we suspect that he has spent much of his life outside. He is very mellow, and loves to snuggle on the couch and sleep in bed with you. Buddy is also very affectionate, and has lots of wrinkles to kiss. He is still learning how to get around with one eye, and occasionally bumps into things, but overall, he is adapting well.
The sutures in Buddy's eye should come out this week, and then he will be neutered. He is available to meet potential families, so if you are interested in adding this darling guy to your life, fill out an applications! |
