Description:
Meet Hobbs. Hobbs comes to Pug Rescue from a family that was unable to care for him. He has been left outside by himself for quite some time now and came to us filthy, with green crud in his ears, and his nails were so long they were curling under into his pads, making it difficult to walk. He also has very poor vision, and often bumps into things. Sweet Hobbs has had several baths to get the layers of dirt off of him, his nails have been trimmed and he can walk comfortably again, and we have cleaned out his ears and they are being treated for the infections in them. Hobbs is also being treated for his skin allergies, and is getting medicated baths every 3 days. We are also trying to figure out why he has blood in his urine and has been incontinent the last few days. Poor Hobbs, he really is in rough shape. Hobbs is in a wonderful, dedicated foster home, and is grateful to be receiving so much TLC. He is a sweet guy, gets along with everyone and just wants a nice, soft place to nap. He is a smaller guy, and just the right size for cuddling. We realize that it will take a very special family to adopt Hobbs and give him a forever home, maybe it could be you? | New Beginning: As of 6/20/10 Hobbs has completed his cross country journey in a big rig and is finally home! He tells us he is loving his new forever family and so far, thinks Oklahoma is pretty cool. Thanks to all the volunteers from Pug Rescue and Operation Roger that got this little guy to his new home! Congratulations, Hobbs! |
