Say hello to darling Daisy Lu! This sweet little girl comes to Pug Rescue from the shelter in San Luis Obispo where her prospects of finding a home were looking pretty slim. So down to San Diego she came to enjoy the hospitality of a Pug Rescue foster home. We are guessing her age to be around 12, but she sure acts a lot younger! Daisy Lu is very active and playful, and in fantastic shape. She does have dry eye, but that is an easily treatable condition and just requires daily eye drops to keep her eyes bright and shiny. Daisy also has a very high stomach, so while she looks thin, she's really not, her tummy just stays tucked up! This doesn't cause her any pain or slow her down in any way. Daisy Lu gets along with everyone, little kids, big kids, cats, dogs - she's friends with everyone she meets! Daisy would very much like to cuddle with the kitty at her foster home, but he won't have any of it, so if you have kitties who would really like a dog friend, Daisy Lu is your girl! Daisy Lu is a very active and happy girl, and when she gets excited she spins with joy! Her bark is very quiet, and she LOVES to go for walks, so she might make a great apartment dog. Daisy Lu is looking for a forever family to call her own, someone who will appreciate how wonderful it is to be loved by an older girl.
