Meet Lady! Lady comes to Pug Rescue from the shelter in Chula Vista, so we don't know much about her history. We are guessing that she is between 9 and 10 years old, but we're not sure. She is very active for a senior, and gets around just fine. Lady seems to be potty trained, LOVES to go for walks, and gets along great with other dogs and cats. She is very low key, and loves any and all attention. She does have some tumors and growths, but we are going to see about having those removed so that she can be more comfortable. They don't seem to bother her or cause her any pain. Lady is not a barker, and is perfectly happy to hang out and make sure the pillows stay put while you are gone. She is is bit overweight, so she is on a diet in her foster home. Lady is a sweet, sweet girl who deserves a loving forever home of her own. Perhaps you have room in your heart and home for this sweet Lady? On Monday, October 18th, 2010, darling Lady crossed the rainbow bridge. She had a rapidly progressing cancer and it was decided to let her go gently in the arms of her foster mom. We didn't know Lady for long, but hope that she knows how much she was loved by all of us. We wonder if her family knew about this, and that's why she was left at the shelter. Lady was a lovely, sweet girl, and certainly acted like a beloved pet, we certainly hope she was. She was absolutely valued while she was with Pug Rescue. Rest easy, Lady. You will be missed. |
