Medical condition: Dry eye, requires daily eye drops |
Description: Meet Corsen! Corsen comes to Pug Rescue from the shelter in Bakersfield, so we don't know much about his past. He is middle aged, and very, very active! Corsen is in good health overall, but he does have dry eye, a common condition in Pugs. He will require daily eye meds to treat this, but as long as he gets his eye drops, he should do just fine. Corsen gets along with other small dogs, but is a bit unsure of larger dogs. He is very protective of food, and gets especially worked up about human food. Because of this and because of how rough he plays, he should not go to a home with small children. Corsen is a talker, and makes lots of Pug noises, grunts, groans, growls, and howls, you will hear Corsen's opinion on whatever the days activity is. Corsen loves to go for walks, and his foster mom is teaching him to sit and wait for his leash to be put on. He is very smart, likes to work (for food!), and would benefit from continued obedience training. Corsen is a wonderful little guy, and would do best in an active home where he can be on the go with his family a lot. If you think he might just be your dream dog, contact us to learn how to meet him! |
