Description:
On October 13, 2010, Puki gently crossed the rainbow bridge. He has been a beloved member of his foster family, and was in their arms when he passed. Like many of our seniors, we don't know much about Puki's life before he came to Pug Rescue, but he was an absolute darling little gentleman and we can't imagine how anyone could have ever given him up. Puki has been loved and extremely well cared for for the last year and a half, and he will be much missed. Rest easy, little friend. Following is Puki's bio, he leaves behind a Pug sister who misses him very much.

Meet Tinkerbell and Puki! Tinkerbell is about 9 and Puki is about 13. Tinkerbell and Puki came to Pug Rescue after spending much of their lives in a backyard. They are now in a loving foster home where they are extremely well cared for. Because of their age, medical conditions, and how stressed they became when they were moved into foster care, we have decided that Tinkerbell and Puki will be part of our "Forever Foster" program. Moving them again, even to a wonderful forever home, would simply be too stressful for these darling seniors. Puki, especially, is in very fragile health, so it is in the best interest for both of these dogs to stay together in their foster home which is familiar, comfortable and safe. Tinkerbell and Puki are not available for adoption, but we are pleased to be able to help them live out their lives well cared for and loved. We are very grateful to their dedicated foster family, who puts an extraordinary amount of care, time and love into these two dogs. Fosters like these make Pug Rescue the awesome organization that it is. Thank you.
