Description:
Say hello to Goblin! Goblin comes to Pug Rescue from the shelter in Mission Viejo. We are not sure of Goblin's age, but our vets guess him to be between 10 and 14 years old. Yes, he is an old man, but other than needing a dental and some meds for an ear infection, he is in pretty good shape! His hearing and eyesight are not the greatest, but he gets around well and is active for his age. Goblin doesn't seem to have any back pain or arthritis. Goblin is a super little man, gets along with everyone, kids, cats, other dogs, he just loves everyone he meets. Goblin is crate trained, and completely potty trained. He has great house manners and is fine home alone when his foster family is out. Goblin is mellow enough that he enjoys his naps, but he loves his meals and will jump and spin with excitement when it is mealtime! He likes to go for short walks, and he loves to cuddle. Why not consider giving Goblin a forever home of his own, where he can spend his senior years delighting you with his antics? Goblin is super easy, super sweet, and everyone who meets him just falls in love - wouldn't he be a perfect addition to your Halloween celebrations? Update 12/27/10 - Due to Goblin's age and medical conditions, it has been decided that he will become a Forever Foster. Goblin is very comfortable in his foster home, and moving him would be very stressful for him. He will remain where he is, and live out his days in comfort with all the love a Pug could ask for. Please consider donating on Goblin's behalf so that Pug Rescue can continue to care for him. Sadly, on the morning of 8/11/11, dear Goblin crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. Gobby passed as many of us would like to, gently and peacefully, in his sleep, in his home where he was constantly surrounded by love. Gobby was a beloved member of his foster family, and his loss will leave quite a hole in his family. A little old man that someone threw away got to spend his last year being utterly pampered and adored, which is exactly how he deserved to live. Pug Rescue is grateful for Gobby's foster family for showing him all the love a Pug could ever ask for. Goblin will be greatly missed, and always remembered - rest easy, sweet Goblin.
