Wanda is being cared for and fostered by Aussies and Friends, another San Diego rescue group. Wanda does NOT BELONG to Pug Rescue. Here is what they tell us about Wanda - Wanda is a Pug mix, her mother is a Shih Tzu, and she is expected to be between 12 and 14 lbs when full grown. Wanda's legs are a bit shorter than your average Pug, but that doesn't slow her down! It only makes her more determined to take big steps! Wanda is healthy, already spayed and microchipped, as well as up to date on her vaccines.
Wanda's foster family has been working on paper training her, but like all puppies, she will need more training to become a wonderful canine citizen. Wanda is a bit more shy than her brother, and would do well with a confident, friendly canine companion. She is very much a snuggler, and likes to be on your lap.
