Say hello to Herbee! Herbee comes to Pug Rescue from his family who has had him all his life. They, however, have moved to the Virgin Islands and did not take Herbee with them. Perhaps they thought the journey would be too much for him? In true Pug style, Herbee is taking this all in stride, and has settled into his foster home with zero fuss. He's an easy going, sweet fellow, who really adores men. He'd love a home where he could hang out with the guys and watch the ball game. ;-) Herbee is potty trained, and is extremely well behaved in his foster home. Herbee does great at the dog park, and has lots of energy for his age. Herbee also enjoys going for walks, and has a great appetite. Herbee doesn't always hear so well, but he's not completely deaf. He sees just fine though. If you have room in your home and heart for this sweet little man who's been abandoned in his golden years, contact us to learn how to meet him. Update - On 5/31/11 sweet little Herbee crossed the Rainbow Bridge surrounded by the love of his foster family. He just had so many age related issues that it was becoming too much for him and he was ready to leave this body behind. This darling little man was much loved in his foster home and will be missed. While we are sad that Herbee could not spend his last months with the family he'd always known, we are very happy that we got to know and love him. Rest easy, sweet boy, we are glad to have been part of your journey.... |
