Description: Meet Hobie! Hobie is a one year old male with tons of energy and a lot of
love to give. Hobie was relinquished by his owners to a concerned neighbor
who brought him to the Pug Rescue to find a new home. This neighbor noticed that Hobie was never allowed in the house and because of the deplorable conditions of the backyard that he was forced to stay in day and night, she became concerned and encouraged her neighbors to let her find him a new home. Luckily, they agreed, and now Hobie is ready to look for a wonderful forever home where he can be a house dog, like all Pugs should be! Hobie lived with children in his previous home and gets along very well with the two other dogs in his foster home. He loves nothing more than to be close to his foster family and the other dogs in the house. Hobie follows them around and jumps up in the air in excitement each time they enter the room. He is desperate for love! This little boy is in great health, is neutered and has a clean bill of health from the vet. Hobie is alert, eager to please and full of energy. He has not gone to the bathroom in his foster home, but because he was an outside dog in his former home, it's hard to guarantee that he's completely potty trained. He is also learning crate training in his foster home and this will help with his potty training. With a little leash walking and basic obedience training, Hobie will be a great addition to any family! Contact us if you'd like to learn more about making Hobie part of your forever family! |
