Say hello to little Luci! Luci comes to Pug Rescue from the shelter in Lake Elsinore. This sweet girl appears to be a bit of mix, possibly Pug and a little bit of Chihuahua, but she was so sweet and dear that we just couldn't leave her behind! Luci was clearly someone's pet, and knows lots of commands and is accustomed to being in the house. Luci responds to sit, stay, down, no, come, and go potty - what a brilliant little girl! She is potty trained, but will mark if left alone with a group of dogs, however, her foster dad reports that once in her own space, she has no accidents. Luci is not a barker, doesn't chew on things that are not hers, and is not a whiner. She appears healthy, and has a soft, luxurious coat. Luci is absolutely a lap dog, and that is her favorite place to be. She is a very bright and active girl, and loves to play games like hide and seek, and searching for her hidden toys. Luci would love to be an only dog, or perhaps live with a bigger dog so she could continue to be the little princess. Though she's getting along well with her foster siblings, she has shown a bit of that Chihuahua temper, and she likes to be the boss. Nothing that a little more training won't fix, this is one smart girl! Luci is a sweet, peppy little girl, who is just waiting for that special someone to call her own.
