Meet good natured Buddy II (Oreo). Buddy came to Pug Rescue from the shelter. He has made friends with children he has met as well as other dogs in his foster home. Buddy has also run up the street to meet his new neighbors. He is such a social guy! Buddy will be neutered and get his teeth cleaned shortly. Our vet reports that Buddy does not see in his right eye as a result of a birth defect. He had an ulcer in his left eye which has healed completely. Buddy is working on potty training in his foster home. He marks outside and is wearing a belly band in the house while he is training. Buddy has learned how to sit and lay down on command. He enjoys sitting at your feet after a long day romping in the grass. 09/04/11 UPDATE: Buddy has been neutered and is ready for his forever family. He also had his teeth cleaned. Buddy is house trained although he does mark on occasion. This seems to improve as Buddy feels more comfortable in his foster home. Buddy is looking for a forever home with a yard where he can chase lizards and rabbits. He also loves to go on long walks to expend all that energy! Buddy would thrive in a home with other dogs as he seems to get lonely if he is separated from his pug foster siblings. Please contact us if you think Buddy may be your new friend. |
