Meet Miss Melanie Hamilton Wilkes of Twelve Oakes. She is known as Miss Melly to those who love her. Miss Melly was named after Melanie in Gone With the Wind as they share so many personality traits. Our Miss Melly has luminous brown eyes that shine with goodness and love. She only sees the best of everyone around her and is gracious and accepting of others. The shelter called Pug Rescue to free Miss Melly from the shelter and found she is a pug mix. We just couldn't leave this precious girl to perish. Miss Melly is perfect in every way. She is up to date on her shots, spayed and has had her dental. Like every lady, Miss Melly is potty trained. Miss Melly is working to maintain her svelte figure. She is well mannered whether riding in the car, walking or snuggling on the couch. Rhett Butler once described Melanie as "the only completely kind person I ever knew."
