Description:
We didn't even get a chance to meet Rascal. He fell in love with his foster family within moments of meeting. Rascal's foster family has lovingly been treating his skin and ear infections. He has lost quite a bit of fur from the irritation to his skin. Rascal has promised to make an appearance at Pugs & Chugs!
