Meet Lola! This sweet 4 year comes to Pug Rescue from her owner who could no longer afford to care for her. Lola has bounced around quite a bit already in her 4 years and has had 2 owners and been in 3 foster homes. She desperately wants to find her true forever home!
Lola is 16 lbs, in good health and will be spayed before she is adopted out. She has had 2 litters of puppies and was used as a breeder dog in her last home. She is gentle and sweet but very excited about everything! She loves food, her foster dog brother and sister and she especially loves to get attention from humans. Her former owner informed Pug Rescue that Lola has climbed chain link fences and is a bit of an escape artist, but the fosters have not seen this side to her yet. She is housebroken and her fosters haven't had any issues with pottying in the house.
Lola has had minimal training and can sit, lay down and wait, but with her energy level she will need more training. She is very eager to please and very food motivated, so her fosters believe that Lola will be a great student. She's adjusting in her foster home to kennel training and has taken well to it.
